It's the most basic defence against Emotional Nen attacks, and provides some degree of defence against physical attacks. When it came to Nen attacks, it didn't amount to much protection.

He can't teach Nen to the natives of Naruto because their bodies were made differently from the Mc. Mc's body was created under the laws of HxH and theirs were not. Like how Mc can't conventionally learn Chakra, they can't learn Nen through normal means. I also don't really have any plans for romance as of now, I'm still pondering the route of the story.
