In the end the only way to read it is through apps and even then translation in Chinese apps is non-existent so after trying various methods I have concluded that it is pretty much impossible to read it unless you can actually read Chinese. It is possible to read it through websites but only up to chapter 40 and after that you have to download the app for limited free reading, some other websites which don't use app don't even have the complete chapters after chapter 40 as they only show a bit of the beginning of the chapter assuming that it is the full thing.
