I'm going with the rangers are highly respected law enforcement that's on par with the trainers. rookie rangers are on par with some gym leaders, seasoned rangers are on par with most gym leaders. regional rangers are elite four level while top rangers since there are only twelve are on par with champions. the champions and elite four know greater details pretaining the stuff that has happened in the ranger games while the general consensus was bad people stopped by rangers for the public. instead of mastermind of world domination destroys an entire island with ancient weapon. that won't be public knowledge except for the regions and here say by rumors.

yes and no. he has traveled the regions but he only fought in the gyms and contests but never the conference tournaments of the regions. he hasn't met them yet but has heard of them. I'll add Cynthia and diantha in the story but it'll be later at like a top meeting. which will involve major leaders in corporations, champions, top breeders, gym leaders and top rangers and scientists. but it's later in the story
