Ameliorate is a collection of poems based on my own experiences through trauma, family, love, anxiety and even depression. But some of the poems have light and healing within them. For this reason, this collection is named Ameliorate which by definition is making something better. I healed my own path through words. My only desire is others can be healed through my words too.
