Hmm... Thats a good question let me go see. Well at least from my 10 minutes of searching i found that in one peice fanon there is one called hiki hiki friut which im 100% sure is not canon but i came up with another idea just finished reading the whole story ad realized he can control an electric field but theres one problem can a electric field control iron sand like a electromagnetic field one does? The answer is i dont know.
