¯\_(ツ)_/¯ nearly forgot but there are some minor typos here and there throughout. Nothing horrible, but it is a noticeable flaw in an otherwise perfect offering. Its mostly just two words typed together with no space between at times, like ‘hesaid’ instead of ‘he said’
Absolutely love this story! It’s a perfect blend of classic cultivation tropes and a world that those tropes don’t belong in at all, which enhances the comedy that’s done very well. The story isn’t afraid of messing up canon too and trekking its own path, which is a breath of fresh air after seeing so many canon rehashes where the only change is a conversation here or there and maybe a slightly better ending (if the story even makes it that far) My only gripe with this gem is the update speed. Having to wait a week for a new chapter is torture 🫠
I have a nearly obsessive love for the world of HP, but I hate that the overwhelming majority of fics focus just on Harry, and even then most of that is just canon all over again with minor changes here and there that don’t impact the plot. Then again most of the PJO stories I’ve read have the same problem. I guess that’s just a problem with fan fiction in general and authors being scared of branching out creatively and making something new in an already established world
"I believe some other pantheons would like to know about some of their lost children." Odin spoke casually.

''Hey... You're finally awake... What do you remember?'' David asked, his now blue eyes were... Unnerving to say the least, looks like the kid got new optics.

''Right after I do the dishes.'' David nodded as he grabbed everything, walking to the kitchen to start doing them.

''I've got a job, something I can't do myself because I don't like... Physical altercation.'' Kiwi stated, David, nodding to that since it made sense not everyone wanted to throw themselves into danger.

If you had bothered to actually read the other guys comment you would realize that big wall of text was a promo for a totally different novel, not this one

Meh I wouldn’t say they’re political tools. Can religion be used as a tool to control? Yes, but so can science. I believe much more in the second half of your comment. Religion is a spiritual pillar used to give life meaning and direction. If this belief helps you wake up every day, makes you happy, or at least allows you the strength to push through any problems you are going through, then I believe it’s worth it. Granted with that being said there are of course always some bad actors mixed in with every group, but where is that not the case?
"So? Heaven? Hell? Reincarnation? What's real?"John was non-believer his entire life, obviously after few years of being Christian. Most of the religions were created to brainwash children at early age, and parent's words were their entire world.
