Enji ended up unlocking the royal gene, though I had to add that this was probably the first time this gene had caused such a minor visual/physical change as it did for Enji/Arcanine. Yet, it still raised his original racial value/BS from 555 to almost 694. Not only that, but I also caught a glimpse of his affinities and saw that he had actually gained a budding affinity for dragon-type/draconic energy.

The reason I was interested in him like this was some myths that I remembered, which made me want to see if there was some truth to those and if I could make use of them if that was the case. Regardless of how the new coloring came about, I had to say that the combination of Moka/Crobat's new black coloring and the white "fluff scarf" around her neck area looked pretty good. At least, in my opinion, it looked better than the original purple-white combination.

No, that title went to his change in color. Horus was no longer green. The usual green parts of a Xatu had turned purple-ish instead. It was closer to medium purple, but not exactly that color tone. Nonetheless, that was the closest I could place the color.
