Exceptionally well written. No grammar issues, that I noticed at least. Pacing isn't too fast or too slow. Characters are portrayed to have actual depth. ALL of the characters. The lack of MC POV made me personally feel like I missed out on a little of the journey, but the trade-offs are well worth it, to the point where I didn't even realize what was missing till someone else pointed it out. Overall, one of the best ATLA fanfics on this site. bonus points to the author for actually FINISHING it.

Magical things for example broke down into mana and base elements that were fused into his mini planet of his realm. Interestingly this extra mana didn't dissipate back into the real world but stayed in the realm and increased the concentration of mana in the air. He cheated a bit once he found that out and took a trip into the realm to purge out most of his mana into the air which caused the concentration to rise greatly.-
