Just a short review. Grammar, so many mistakes, 1/10. World building, honestly it is a mess, 3/10. Characters, for 100 chapters are static, 3/10. Story, well it is ordinary, nothing new here 4/10. Overall 3/10.  As a side note, pneumonia can be cured, and the sickness can last up to 3 months not 6 years. Unless you are unlucky and the illness takes a severe form which, if not treated immediately, it is fatal. Author do research next time.

Spoiler warning! First of all in my opinion the story is decent and quite enjoyable. Unfortunately there is nothing new in this one, reincarnated whit a system has been done so many times that it's a norm by now. World building,... again nothing new, the setting has been done, at least I have red some whit somewhat the same setting and world building, might change whit more chapters. Characters, MC is interesting for side chararector, author tries to build them up but for now to little to amount to anything(more chapters needed) as a side note atleast they seem to have intresting background but again need chapters about that. Conclusion: a good read but don't expect anything new if you have red anything similar before(read to c144). Note: chapter upload seems irregular, and inconsistent.

Update: red from chapter 225 to 280 and can say the writing has improved, story is more coherent, grammatical mistakes are gone(didnt notice any) but some syntax mistakes remaim. Hope this continues and good job author.

There are lots of mistakes, atleast in the fisrt 50ch. From weird to funny, just to name a few: like petrol used instead of patrol, finance instead fiance. For me its feels like editing was rushed. Some sentences are weirdly worded too.

First of all... writing in first 50 chapters is bad, very bad. Fortunatly it gets better although gramatical mistakes remain. Story and characters are average at best, but this is in my opinion because of poor writing. The world building is a big mess but this again in opinion is because the characters that are introduced are not used for world building but more as filler. Overall a decent one if one manages to get past the first ~50 chapters that are.... (red to chapter 224 as of this review)
