Anko is 2 year younger than Kakashi, who was 13/14 when Minato became Hokage. So she's be 11/12 at the time, she 6 now. A good 5/6 year till Minato becomes the fourth. Looking this up also made me realise that MC is the same age as Minato.

Iruka wasn't that old when be started teaching Naruto. He's 22 in Part 1 of Naruto, so if the academy starts at 6 he was 16 when he started teaching that class.
His current body is named Mutsuki Yumi, and the first name remains Mutsuki; only the surname has changed.

As someone who has never watched Doctor Who it isn't my favourite arc, but your descriptions have been good enough that I have been able to follow along despite my lack of knowledge. The fact that you aren't cutting corners to rush things says a lot of good things about you as an author. Many a story have been ruined by authors who want to get to the 'good part', and then make it so the 'good part' isn't good because they've rushed all the story building could have made it good. If we've only gotten a single chapter short description of the episodes the reactions would have been way less satisfying and would have made his growth feel unearned or repetitive.

Mind you. Neither was considered the most talented ninja if his year and a genius, and he became Jounin at the age of 16. Non of the other Konoha 11 became jounin, or even special jounin by the time they were 17. So MC becomming one at the age of 18 is still considered talented. Even Kurenai who was talented enough to be chosen to train 3 clan heirs didn't become Jounin until the age of 26. I know the fandom likes to compare characters with Kakashi and Itachi, but those are ridiculous standards. The average 'talented' Jounin becomes one in their 20s.
Even though Special Jonin are not Jonin, they are the top among Ninjas and can participate in Jonin meetings to discuss various matters.
