no. think of chakra as the muscles. your muscles are strong enough to break your bones, but because the body doesn't want that to happen for obvious reasons, it limits the amount of strength you can use. the same applies for chakra. as for how the eight gates work, i would compare it with adrenaline. adrenaline would open the cap on that limit when in a fight, freeze, and flee moment. kinda like when that mother lifted a whole vehicle to save her children trapped underneath. the effects are even the same, body exhaustion and broken bones and so on.

most fans think that elite joining are above regular joining, when that is not the case. special joining are joining that only specialise in one are, taijutsu being guys speciality for instance. so they are actually weaker than regular jounin

I got inspired by the book called "Naruto: The forgotten clan" but i made mine different from his as mine will be different i believe. Also obviously if naruto was to be mine i would not be doing this so all credits go to Masashi Kishimoto and all critics to me as i am a horrible author.
