Pietro should be, Wanda is "adopted" if I remember right, please correct me if I am wrong, honestly, something I see a lot is the fanfics going to shit not because the mc is too op, but because instead of making their own marvel universe, which should be easier since they already have a lot of material, they try mixing the mcu and the comics, which are really different or straight up contradictory in a lot of cases, be it in time line, in the power of characters, in who exists and who doesn't, on relationships, in personality's, on the different organizations reaction to certain events, they complicate things so much trying to mix them that they trap themselves
