I would recommend you read RWBY fics, but not the generic ones, there are some very good and interesting ones..... believe me, you should never say no to a good story, even if it originates from another work.

Hello author-sama, I recommend the world of RWBY, there are few works from that world, or also play it safe with the world of jujutsu kaisen, seeing masa talk to gojo would be interesting. Although there aren't many girls in that world, there are many interesting techniques and skills, if you don't prefer that world then the Fairy tale world is recommended. There are many girls and Masa could start as a mage forced to be part of some obscure guild, like prayer 6, or maybe as a mage of the Alvarez empire, or as a fairy tale mage from Edolas,(Edolas Wendy is a sensual beauty) (Masa could eventually become the king of Edolas.)
