He was clearly built well for his young age, due to this, it was likely he wasn't going to be unable to stop exercising regularly without damaging his muscles. Though thanks to him being able to use the force, that may be rectified.

Tony was only wearing the Arc reactor and the repulsor gloves and shoes. He can't get the gold titanium alloy easily since it was still a restricted material.

I'd think the problem with using too much power would be that the fuses would go out, not the electric bill...
