He literally just said if she was stalling, was it a trap ect yet now he has time cause no hunters will notice at this place. A lot of excuses getting tossed around. Left the hunter cause he was worried other hunters may notice/catch up instead of using .1 soul to quickly end it. Yet now right after can attack this woman cause no hunters will be around and he can finish her easily.
But killing this woman would be easy in comparison to Choi Sung, and he would get some free Soul Spheres. And since she was all the way here in some ditch, he didn't have to worry about anything else like catching attention. It didn't matter if her death gained attention.

Don’t know if it clarifies it but do public portals take demons to different worlds or placed randomly throughout one world. Since he was the only one that came out of the portal when a ton of demons went in before him I thought.
Good development I honestly didn’t care for kill slave as I felt it would make the story stale. The one he got is much more interesting to read about. Feel like any necromancy type skill(specifically one where what you kill serves you) is hard to add without making it the center of the character’s powers.
