I mean think of it this way, sakura is a civilian with no one to train her or guide her, still she overtakes two female clan heirs who have the complete support and resources of their clans, through the series Kakashi never teaches her anything except tree walking, her next teacher Tsunade is hokage which means she is very busy and any free time she has is spent on gambling and drinking... and finally she has no HAX eyes or tail beasts, no blood line limit, still she becomes a kage level by the time boruto starts. ... . I already knew how to speak Japanese from when I was still alive in my world because of the classes I took so it didn't take long for me to adapt to using the language over English, but English will still be useful as I assume no one knows how to speak it.
