The entire chapter. The third of the chapter is about the people trying to bring down the restaurant but they can't because there's no one that they can break to put cracks in it. The middle third is how they try to bring it down by infiltration and disrupting their supply lines. The last third is the details of exactly what the first and second section are it's like they repeat themselves.
I'm sorry but it looks like this chapter repeated itself or maybe it's just me. Would someone like to explain I would appreciate that.
