I think they are two different versions. Skadi is when scathach becomes a god of winter or ice (not sure) in norse mythology. Whereas Scathach is the immortal, godslayer, queen of land of shadow version. Well it's been a long time so I myself am not completely sure.

I think Daphne accepting Rose is not too far fetched, considering she was raise in a noble house and Rose is one of the most powerful person in Britain similar to Mc and the fact that in future when Dumbledore dies they can rule the whole Britain.
Yeah I agree. If you are going to die anyway then atleast cause as much pain to your enemies as you can before dying. And don't forget that laws are not applicable on the dead.
It didn't make sense to him. If the previous Ryuji had the courage to die, why couldn't he muster the courage to fight back? After all, wasn't the worst consequence of resistance death as well? At the very least, he could have taken one or two of his tormentors down with him. That would've been a small victory in itself.
