To be fair to the "sport", Quidditch was created as a form of training for the wizarding wars, and it only ends after the Seeker catches the Golden Snitch, and although Harry catches it every time in a matter of minutes, in the books it is mentioned that each match takes hours to days. With one match mentioned that it took 7 days to finish.
