MC is able to shapeshift, but she remains a female throughout the story so far (Im at 334). She does grow the D once to *make happy* her girlfriend, but it was sweet scene, never made me think shes not a girl anymore. I hope theres a lot more of it in the future.
IIRC yeah, it does get cleared up for the most part. I'm not sure how much of what I remember is just headcanon, but Crystal confronted Randy herself, and later Emilia clarified the matter to her once she knew about what she had done, I think. Misunderstandings in this novel are mostly sweet and harmless, sometimes funny. For me, what I hate are the misunderstandings that harm or end up wrongfully slandering the MC, but thankfully that seems to be missing here. Hope it stays that way.

Imo, Emilia is a bit of a unique character, and one that I haven't seen used as a main before. She fits anti hero more than she does villainess, though I don't think either do her justice. Very fun to read though, I really like her wit and charm.
