A beholder can be quite a challenge for a mage user and a melee fighter. Or maybe a simple floor where God blessing doesn't work with Strong Beasts or simply another race of humanoids or spirit who gave blessings.
Perhaps even other Monster Rexes' ideas, remember they are mostly based on Mythological beings, perhaps you know something, it can be anything really, considering even Goliath was turned into a Monster.
