I don't think "scream" fits here. That usually means "to cry out with a shrill voice, as in fright or extreme pain", and I don't think that's what you wanted to express. Maybe "shout" would fit better

Well this is quite unusual, telling us the whole game-world background/origin so fast in a novel, instead of it being slowly built up. I don't exactly dislike it, just hope you have some more misteries for our MC to uncover
