it says further up the page that the system space will upgrade with harvest points, since the time restriction is also in that system page I would guess it doesn't upgrade with realm but system level. (by the time you've read my comment I guess you would have read ahead and either know better or realized the mistake)

did you also get a lawyer show up at your doorstep to see if you are going to play the beta too? seems a bit too serious to chance it is all, specially such a game breaking bug.

gonna point out beta players should probably flag this type of problem rather than take advantage of it but it's only a small plot hole anyway.
