Chapitre 2: #2 - Nights Like These Character Drafts
I'd like to preface this character draft by saying that I absolutely love my characters and I may be using them in a future story since Nights Like These is technically just a short story with 5000+ words in it.
I've also updated the name of the story listing my random posts are under because I just wanna encompass more things than just announcements (and I always have a lot on my mind).
With that said, here are the character drafts! I'm not sure if I portrayed them enough in their respective story but I think I got the point across?
-Yubin:
Age and height: 17 - 5'6
Personality: That one aunt you have in your family - can come off as childish, yet is mature when needed. Encouraging, inspirational, and is the support, rather than the one needing support. Often plays the role of babysitter amongst her friends.
Appearance: Her straight hair reaches a bit past her chin and has long parted front hairs tucked behind her ears if she's not wearing a headband. Has large almond-shaped and coloured eyes with a monolid that creates a fold mark on the outskirts of her eyes. Her face is more rounded with freckles on her cheekbones and thick lips with a cupid's bow. Her build is an athletic one with broad shoulders and large thighs.
Clothing: Usually wears graphic T-shirts, turtlenecks or blouses with mom jeans, straight jeans, or ripped skinny jeans. In almost every single outfit, she wears a headband. She often wears combat boots or platform sneakers. You'll never catch her wearing a skirt or dress unless she absolutely has to.
-Jieun:
Age and height: 15 - 4'11
Personality: Radiates of playful, youthful enthusiasm and is well-behaved, respectful and quiet at times. The bubbly type that would often be described as honey if she were an object, as she's a sweet person that everyone enjoys having around.
Appearance: Always keeps her shoulder-length hair up in a ponytail and has bangs; only Yubin, Euna and Hyejeong have seen her with her hair down. Has small rounded naturally blue eyes that end in a point with light double eyelids. Small rounded thin lips, defined cheekbones, small pointy nose and a V jawline. She's a short skinny rectangle-shaped person and still manages to be under 5ft even at the age of 15.
Clothing: Dresses like a soft girl and a more girly version of vsco girls. Often wears styled solid-coloured tops and skinny jeans (without rips) or mini skirts or accent shorts with block heels and flats. Also wears dresses and almost always wears jewelry. Plans her outfits ahead of time.
-Euna:
Age and height: 16 - 5'5
Personality: Loud, reckless, and outspoken but is smarter and more responsible than she lets on. Finds herself in trouble the most out of the rest yet somehow manages to do the best academically. Is the one to make rash and careless decisions because 'you only live once'.
Appearance: Has a natural black-brown ombre in her wavy hair with flips that reaches the small of her back. Her large eyes are an amber colour with double eyelids and long thick eyelashes; her rose-pink lips are a puffy small sort with curved edges. Has a tall, sharp small nose with round softened model-like facial features. She has a practically perfect hourglass shaped body while still managing to keep an outlined gap between her thighs. Her height is mainly because of her skinny long legs. She has short arms and small shoulders with a large bust and small waistline. She hates admitting it, but she is easily the prettiest girl of the four in terms of societal standards. (The reason she's always single is because she scares any love interest away)
Clothing: Wears leggings and occasionally jeans with a knit sweater or plain top when she's lazy but can dress nicer with fancy tops, skirts and dresses if she has the energy. When it comes to shoes, she wears sneakers and plain loafers
-Hyejeong:
Age and height: 16 - 5'3
Personality: A bit like the stereotypical representation of one's younger sibling: Mischievous, creative and appears clueless. Likes being the center of attention but would never steal the spotlight from her friends. Doesn't act like a usual friend would but shows her loyalty in other ways; tests the notions of what a friendship looks like.
Appearance: Her hair is a straight mid-back length bleached and dyed deep blue and purple at the tips and her eyes are dainty-like with monolids. Has a tall semi-flat nose and thin pale-pink lips. Her face is a soft curved type and her cheeks are almost always flushed. Apple-shaped body with large thighs and small thin arms. Has decently long legs in comparison to the rest of her body and a long neck, along with a small waist.
Clothing: The way she dresses could be best described at lolita-made-casual. She often wears lolita pieces and styles it so it looks less lolita and more streetwear. Her outfits are usually centred around a lolita blouse or dress with elegant pump heels or casual sneakers.
