Chapitre 21: world of chaos

cultivation exists alongside magic and many other power systems it changes on where you are be it country, contenent or even street. usually you go to a Academy or sect depending on which system you have the most affinity for but there are rare cases such as families forcing they're child to go down the same path as the parent.
