Within the graveyard, Su Nan and Vasilian transformed into overlapping particles of light and shadow, vanishing from the material plane as they entered the Secret Realm.
Left behind, Robert groaned in frustration. "You're just going to leave me here, in this mess?"
"Uh, Lord Su Nan?"
Surveying the chaotic cemetery, he sighed and picked up a shovel to restore the disturbed graves. "At this rate, I'm going to end up completely sidelined. No, I have to push myself harder—I'll become a formal Storm Knight one day."
With that resolve, Robert began resetting the gravestones, wiping sweat from his brow.

In the Secret Realm, Su Nan and Vasilian emerged onto a desolate wilderness and immediately encountered a battle. Orr the Protector was locked in combat with a wild boar the size of a house.
The boar's body was covered in black worms that writhed like fur, exuding an ominous magical aura.
On the edge of the battlefield stood an old man and a young girl. They froze momentarily upon seeing Su Nan and Vasilian arrive.
With Vasilian already akin to a second-tier wizard apprentice, the intruders couldn't determine how many wizard apprentices they were dealing with.
However, the old man quickly regained his composure.
For a seasoned wizard like him, it didn't matter how many opponents there were—especially if they were what he assumed: mere "local wizards."
With a faint smile, the old man greeted them. "Ah, hello. I am Guker of the Forgotten Ones. It's a pleasure to finally meet the wizard of this land."
"Let me guess—you must have discovered some lingering legacy from this territory, gaining its powers. Perhaps that legacy granted you direct magical energy transmission, which is why your magical power seems so robust."
Guker was entirely unaware that Su Nan had pieced together his magical path from scratch. The potion-based system Su Nan developed was a self-created innovation, forged without access to traditional wizardry.
Had Su Nan encountered the wizarding civilization earlier, his trajectory might have been vastly different.
Ignoring Guker, Su Nan coldly studied the massive boar fighting Orr. "AI, analyze that creature."
> [Analysis complete. The boar is not a soul construct but a living creature. However, its essence is tightly intertwined with the old man, making them functionally a single entity on a magical level.]
Guker, unfazed by Su Nan's silence, continued speaking.
"Two thousand years ago, wizards often met in the Secret Realm. As a fellow wizard, my visit to your domain was only natural."
"Please don't misunderstand—we are not your enemies."
"You've inherited a direct magic transmission legacy, but I suspect you lack proper wizarding knowledge, such as meditation techniques or spell models.
"I can provide these to you free of charge."
"All I ask is that you stop sending wolves to spy on me. I hold no interest in you or your affairs, and I hope you will extend the same courtesy."
With a genial smile, Guker added, "If you were warlocks instead of wizards, I would have killed you already. The world has so few wizards left; infighting is a tragedy I'd prefer to avoid."
"We are here only for a private matter and will soon leave. What do you say? Accepting my proposal will only benefit you."
Su Nan raised an eyebrow.
It was clear Guker had noticed the constant surveillance by the Super Werewolf Steward and was now trying to bribe Su Nan into backing off from the competition for the wizard relic.
Judging by Guker's vague language, he wasn't certain if Su Nan knew about the Four Seasons Garden. Offering minor benefits to ensure Su Nan stayed out of his way seemed like a reasonable gamble.
But Su Nan's gaze turned icy as he watched the giant boar rampaging in the wilderness. If Guker truly wanted peace, he wouldn't have unleashed the beast to attack Orr immediately upon entering the Secret Realm.
This was a blatant provocation and a test to gauge Su Nan's strength.
Suppressing a smile, Su Nan thought, You've underestimated me.
"Ah, so you're a fellow wizard," Su Nan said, his tone dripping with sarcasm. "And what, exactly, are the Forgotten Ones?"
Without waiting for an answer, he turned to Vasilian. "Take care of the boar."
Guker's expression darkened slightly. Internally, he thought, As expected, just a local wizard with no understanding of history.
"Ah, the Forgotten Ones," Guker explained, his voice calm. "We are those who, two thousand years ago, failed to leave this land with the rest of our kind."
"Hidden in various forms, we've refrained from interfering in the lives of mortals for millennia.
"But now, with the return of magical tides, we have begun to move again."
Guker's tone grew sterner. "Recall your companion. My Worm Caster is beyond his capabilities. Unlike you, we possess a complete legacy of knowledge. Our power is on a different level."
Su Nan was slightly disappointed.
Even these intruders, it seemed, were merely relics of a bygone era—wizards forgotten by history and left behind during the great exodus.
Their magic, at best, was two thousand years outdated.
Moreover, the fact that they had been "forgotten" suggested they were insignificant even back then, unable to secure their own escape.
Over the millennia of magical dormancy, they likely struggled just to preserve their existing knowledge, let alone advance it.
Setting aside his disappointment, Su Nan thought, As long as I continue to grow stronger, I'll eventually encounter true wizards.
In the next moment, Vasilian's black sword unleashed a surge of magic, impaling the massive boar and hoisting it into the air.
The house-sized beast thrashed in agony, suspended mid-air.
Orr leaped up with his massive scythe, decapitating the boar with a single, decisive strike.
The boar's corpse dissolved into foul-smelling black liquid before transforming into a swarm of insects, which returned to the wrappings around Guker's right hand.
Su Nan addressed Guker coolly. "It seems we're a bit stronger than you assumed."
Guker's expression darkened as he scrutinized Su Nan and Vasilian more closely.
"To think you could defeat my Worm Caster's initial form."
"It seems I underestimated you. I can't allow you to interfere."
Producing two parchment scrolls, Guker smirked and tossed them toward Su Nan.
"Here's a meditation technique and a spell model as a gift. Study them, and you'll understand what it means to have a proper legacy. The difference isn't just in power—it's in knowledge."
"After all, we are wizards, not crazed warlocks. Let's settle this matter rationally."
Grabbing the girl's ha
nd, Guker prepared to leave the Secret Realm. As they vanished, the girl turned back to wave at Su Nan.
"Goodbye!"
