Chapitre 1: Death
Hi , I am or better was Mellisa a US Special Forces Sniper. I died in the Iraq War through a child that had a bomb straped on its body.
My life befor that day was most of the time easy going. I went to school , had friends and a family, until 9/11. That was the day everything changed, my family ,friendes and i were near the two towers in a restaurant to celebrate my birthday until everything went to hell.
I can only remember that as I woke up i was alone , everyone was gone.
2 weeks later after I could leave the hospital I went directly to the next recruitment office and signed up for military service.
I did everything human possible and was recruited into the special forces program, after a 2 or 3 weeks i got selected to join the sniper training because of my shooting skills.
The sniper training had 3 parts , survival , shooting and CQC ( Close Quarter Combat).
Survival training was hiding , hunting and traking in every terrain for example in snow, in the jungle and in places with to much sand.
The shooting part was the easiest part , most of the time shooting moveing targets and targets far away.
The last part CQC, hurt the most because the instructor hit us until we could defeat him and i can tell you he was realy brutal.
After all this hell the instructor told us that there was one last thing we needed to do and that was the first blood. We all did not know what the meaning of that was until they brought us into a room with death candidates.
We were shocked and asked if that was a joke but he told us that after we killed once it would be easyer to kill in a situation were we need to kill a target and would not hesitait and risck the lifes of our comrades.
What he said was true, but after killing i do not know how many , nothing could have prepared me to kill children.
