What is happening in front of me is something that Lucretia thinks and puts together. For the past couple of days, the sluice gates near Rainwall have already closed, and now the water in Falena River has started to get drained, and the wreckage has damaged all the ships on the river. That huge piece of wreckage from the dam Lord Barrows tried to build now will be our weapon.
Lucretia is truly a terrifying person. She can predict how much water will be gone in two days. It will be deep enough to lure them into the middle of the wreckage before the water level gets down.
She can calculate how fast the water will be gone, and her calculation is perfect for trapping the fleet in the middle of the graveyard and leaving the water deep enough for our ship to move. Not only that, but she also asked me to use my rune to create a mist using my [Flowing Rune].
With the mist that is disguised as a mist after the storm, we manage to lure the fleet deeper than they intended. Now, there is only one thing to do.
I can hear the sound of a war horn being blown from the Dahak, and I know it is time.

I shake my head and take out my sword. I look at Nikea and see her nod. I nod, jump to the enemy's ship, and start swinging. I let my emotions melt away and only focused on killing the opponent in front of me.
Chrodechild is a woman known for her swordsmanship and ability to kill ten enemies easily. With her 100% template inside of me and the combination of all fighting styles and experience from my [Martial Talent], I move like the wind. Fast and deadly.
I swing my sword to the side and slit the throat of the opponent coming at me. I look around and see that we have already taken over the ship. I nod and shout.
"Take out another [Water Bridge]! We will go to the next one! The one to the north!"
The men under me nod and quickly take another [Water Bridge]. The men extend the range of the [Water Bridge] and slam the pointy bit of the [Water Bridge] to the ship. With the bridge secured, the vanguard raises their shield and protects each other from the enemy's arrows.
I take a deep breath and say.
"[Kindness Rain]!"
I activate my Flowing Rune, and suddenly, a small rain appears above my unit. The ones that got injured from the previous battle started to get healed, and they are now one hundred percent healthy. With [Kindness Rain], I can only heal ten people at maximum, for now, I quickly walk toward the one that is still injured and give them healing potions.
"Drink that and join back!"
I can cast more spells, but I can only cast three single healing spells for today.
After giving them healing potions, I quickly join the other army, who is busy fighting on the other ship. I jump at the other ship and swing my sword.
"Magician!"
I snap and look at where my men point at. I quickly activate my rune.
"[Soaring Bolt]!"
Two lightning bolts appear on my hands, and I throw them at the people in the distance. The lightning bolts fly toward the enemies, and I hit the two magicians. However, I did not stop there.
I control the water underneath them, create a twenty spear of water, and change them into ice. I let them fly at the remaining magicians on the other ship and kill them. When they are done, I now focus on the people in this ship but to my surprise, my companion already takes care of most of it and most of the soldiers already give up.
It looks like our action of killing anyone who is not giving up and me killing their magician greatly lowers their morale. That group of magicians is their trump card, huh?
"Another [Water Bridge]!"
"Yes, sir!"
*BOOM* *BOOM*
I look to the east and see a massive explosion. I can see Godwin's main fleet manage to blow the wreckage behind them, and now they are retreating. I look at Dahak and see the blue flag. That means we will not chase after them.
That only means one thing.
"Victory!"
I raise my sword high into the air and shout with all my might. The people around me follow suit, and the others start to cheer as well. We won the fight.
We did not cause too much damage to the enemy's overall army, but war is not all about wiping out the opponent's soldiers. Just like what Lucretia said in the meeting, we only need to drive them away.
We didn't need to kill them and only drive them. We did not need to waste human life to kill them.

"Bwahahahaha! More! Oi, boss! More food!"
"Oi! I'm your boss! Why do I need to be the one cooking your food?!"
"Bwahahahaha! The other foods are shit! Your cooking is the best!"
I can only sigh as my hand continues to move. After the fight, Admiral Raja decides to create a party, and as usual, my companion boasts about my cooking. After a couple of minutes of my companion and Wilhelm begging me to cook something, I agreed to cook something.
"This is tasty! This is even more tasty than my wife's cooking!"
"You are right, pops! I'm sorry, Mom, but this is even more tasty than your cooking."
The Father and Daughter combo, Logg and Lun, shout in agreement. Kisara, sitting in front of them, can only nod.
"You are right. This is delicious. I'm sorry for doubting you, my friend. I thought that you were a noble."
I smile at her and put more food for them to enjoy.
"Don't worry about it. However, I need to correct you. I'm a noble. The fourth son but still noble nonetheless."
Chrodechild is the fourth daughter of a noble. Technically, I'm not lying.
"I see. Then this is even more impressive."
I smile at her and start putting food onto my plate. I hum a little as I eat the food. A fresh fish is truly more delicious than a cold fish. While eating, I look at the prince and say,
"So, Frey. What do you want to do after this? Do you want to stay here, or will you guys get back to Rainwall?"
Frejadour swallows the food down and says.
"We will return to Rainwall and report back to Lord Barrow."
"I see. What a shame. I'm about to make a dessert, but it will take a few hours before it is ready."
I hold my laugh when Sialeeds and Freyjadour hesitate when I say that word. Those two have a sweet tooth, and the mention of dessert will make them hesitate.
"Sadly, we need to talk with Lord Barrow, Merchant Gerrald."
I look at Lucretia and say.
"You can call me Gerrald, Miss Tactician."
"Fufufufu~ Then please call me Lucretia~"
"Of course, Lucretia. Anyway, can I ask what kind of topic you want to tell Lord Barrow?"
"The wind is coming from the West."
I look at her for a second and say.
"I see. Their target will be Rainfall, huh? If it is from the west, that means it will be a tornado instead of just a normal wind."
"That is right. I'm glad that you know what I'm talking about."
"Of course. It is rather easy to understand, after all."
"Fufufufu~"
"Hahahaha!"
The two of us laugh while the other looks at us as if we are a weirdo.
