Gabriel was hurting, and it was obvious in the way his eyes squinted and how he looked at the sky as if to fight off his tears. He had been telling himself that this meant nothing, that he was ready to let Tamiko go. 

He hated that things had happened like this; and even when he heard the loud kissing sounds, he knew there was never going to be a chance for him with Tamiko. 

He despised that reality and he wanted to take out his anger, so wordlessly, the young wolf shifted and rushed in the direction of the pack house. 

He knew this wasn't what he had imagined, but then the man was constantly breaking his heart like it was a story to be played with. Oh, but Gabriel was the one hopelessly holding on to Tamiko like he couldn't see the man had someone to be with at the moment.
