Chapitre 449: You're Definitely Lying To Me

"Alright, Mommy will come back soon," Wendy said to Jake. "It's getting late and you have to go to school tomorrow, don't you? Go to sleep early."

"Goodnight Mommy." Jake waved at the camera. Wendy waved to him as well.

When Michael saw that, he turned the camera back to himself. "How are you doing?"

he asked Wendy.

"Pretty good. What about all of you?" Wendy had called them just to listen to their voices and to see their faces, because that night, she was going to face Clement.

Everything last night had gone much better than she had expected. Wendy had planned to go look for Clement and have an 'accidental meeting' with him. Then, she would make him grow more interested in her so she could then find a way to get close to him. However, it had been Clement who had come looking for her that night.

So, everything can proceed earlier than they had planned.
