The next day...

At 8 PM, Georgina and Leonardo were back in their apartment in Portland since she only had meetings with her professors once every two weeks, with the rest being online interactions.

"Miriam," Georgina greeted Miriam, who welcomed her.

"You must be tired and hungry," Miriam replied with a friendly smile.

"Make us some fresh drinks," Leonardo requested as he dragged the suitcase towards the bedroom.

"Two orange juices, and I want some fruit," Georgina requested.

"Okay!" Miriam nodded quickly and headed to the kitchen.

Georgina sighed and then walked to the room with sluggish steps, carrying a medium-sized gray bag.

In the room, Leonardo took Georgina's belongings out of the suitcase and moved them onto the study table.

"I'm tired," Georgina whispered as she entered the room.

Leonardo turned. "In that case, get some rest. Besides, you haven't slept on the plane since earlier," he said.
