Chapitre 239: Don't mess with the witches

"That's rude, Niall." She snapped her tongue with a frown. "You shouldn't wake up like that. I hadn't saved Wol yet."

SNAP!

Niall blinked his eyes when I pressed my forefinger on his forehead. He had been staring at me for a long time with eyes dull and detached. 

"You do not mess with the witches," I spoke when his eyes slowly came back to life. Else, the witches will mess with you." 

I retracted my finger away from him while he furrowed his brows lightly. Just now, a witch's power was cast upon him, pulling him into his deepest and darkest nightmare.

'It seemed Ellaine cast a spell upon me and having contact with Niall triggered that.' I mentally nodded, peeling my eyes away from him back to the vast darkness ahead. 'She's good. I didn't even realize it.'

"Hah…" a dry laugh escaped his mouth while running his hand through his hair. "Those damn witches…"
