Jolene had thought she could go home, however, she was stopped by the nurses who said she still had more things to take because her body might not have fully recovered even though she was now conscious.

One of them had said it was advisable to take in all the administered IV drips necessary and also some drugs that would be given to her.

Jolene had no other choice than to go back to the ward. She sat down on the hospital bed and they connected another butterfly to the back of her palm.

Jolene was annoyed that she had to be stuck here, her plan of taking in the poison was not to land in the hospital. It was already obvious that she wanted to implicate Madam Yu and by now, she thought it would have worked out.

Her bodyguard would have reported to the young man the entire thing that transpired, and that was enough of what she needed.
