After begging the original host's parents to bring him back to China, they finally agreed. His parents were doing an important business deal in Thailand, so Jiang Weicheng was all alone in the mansion located in City Z: China's Capital. After talking with the original host's parents on the phone, they decided that Jiang Weicheng, at 17 years-old was old enough to stay at home alone even though he was sick.
Furthermore, they had nanny Fang and butler Chu who will make sure to cater to Young Master Jiang needs. Under Jiang Weicheng's leadership was also about 10 other workers in the mansion which includes the cook, gardener and maids.
With all their help and care, the original host's parents were at ease. Although Chen Zen assumed the identity of Jiang Weicheng, he never once dared of making the original host's parents his, as he was not worthy of such love as their love belonged to the original, not him.
Jiang Weicheng looked at his phone time and got up. He had about an hour before school started and he already informed butler Chu that he was walking to school. He still remembers how shocked the butler was and the butler hurriedly confided with the Jiang Weicheng's doctor, and the doctor agreed that an hour walk or so will not impact the Young Master's health.
Jiang Weicheng was the only one who knew that he had less than half a year left to live, dying shortly after his 18th birthday, after all, he had read the original novel. He knew the only way that he could be cured is if he investigated his aunt's house, where she conducted crazy experiments. Even if he did, it is not guaranteed that their will be a cure but Jiang Weicheng still wanted to hold onto that little thread of hope.
This was his second life and he wanted to live his life as he wanted, no matter how short it may be. It could be considered his last wish to help the innocent villain Song Shui escape his horrible fate before he died. Ever since he was little, he never did anything for himself, so this can be considered the only thing he ever did of his own free will.

Jiang Weicheng finally made it to the highschool and just as he was about to enter the gates, he saw a suspicious group of men standing outside. One of the suspicious men spat right on his new shoes. Jiang Weicheng's eyebrows furrowed in annoyance and he bitterly stepped right onto the other man's foot with force.
The man whose shoes he stepped on grew angry and shouted, "Hey, watch it!"
Jiang Weicheng's vision clouded for a few seconds which almost made him pass out but he endured it. The next second, he saw the delinquent's left hand twitched as if he wanted to hit him, so Jiang Weicheng reacted instantly, and right hooked the delinquent in the jaw.
Right after punching the annoying delinquent in the face, Jiang Weicheng heard a loud crack. It seemed to come from both the delinquent and himself. The delinquent's front teeth were knocked out by him and Jiang Weicheng glanced down at his right hand only to find out that it was twisted in a weird angle. It seems as if he has broken his wrist, but of course, Jiang Weicheng did not feel anything.
'Tch. This body is too weak.' Jiang Weicheng thought as he causally tucked his broken and bloodied wrist into his pocket.
"Aaaaah!" The delinquent cried in agony.
'After years of practicing martial arts, it finally has some use.' Jiang Weicheng thought as he saw the delinquent holding his face in pain.
The blonde haired delinquent ran away, leaving his lackeys staring stupidly at Jiang Weicheng.
Seeing their boss get beat up so quickly, the delinquent's followers immediately ran away, leaving Jiang Weicheng alone but not before crying out, "Waaaah!!! Just wait! You'll pay for this!!!"
Jiang Weicheng just shrugged his shoulders and strode into No. 1 High School with a calm expression on his face, not looking like he got into a fight with a delinquent moments before.
Song Shui, who was across the street frowned. He saw how the boy's hand was twisted at a weird angle and he knew from experience that it was broken. Ignoring the cries of Gu Bolin and Li Huizhong, Song Shui rushed across the street to run after Jiang Weicheng.
