"Why are you still here, HuaZhen?" Madam Mu said as she leaned over the balcony, looking over her packed brothel with a vacant expression. XueYa and Tu ShuYin had just left the brothel, and with her vision, she had seen enough to know the truth.

"You are pushing XueYa to pursue his goals," Mang HuaZhen said as he poured himself a drink and took a seat before the floor table, facing the low balcony railings. "But he has a mate now. For once, I want to stop him."

"Desperate," Mang HuaZhen offered, and madam Mu shot him a keen look. "If I were you, I would do the same. I do not blame you. I merely don't want XueYa to put himself in danger now that he has found a home to return to."
