Drunken patrons were indulging in shameless desires, laughing and drinking to their heart's content, spilling the crystal clear wine over the tables, women and the dark wooden floors - this was the lifestyle he enjoyed, so why was it boring him so, all of a sudden?

A wine cup rested under his fingers, but he wasn't feeling like drinking. The wine tasted stale, the once serene music was grating to his ears - there was nothing here for him aside from drunken numbness and boredom.
