Chapitre 15: Chapter 14: Wake Up!

Akira slowly opened his eyes, and he saw a white ceiling. His body hurt like he had fought Taros once again; his hand covered his face as he remembered what had happened before he fell unconscious.
'A power to protect everyone... but I didn't have enough strength to fight all of them.' Akira thought while remembering how weak he was, unable to hold the Titans or transform into Ultraman.
The light blue-haired soldier removes his hand from his face; as he turns to his side, he can see he is in the medical room. He realises his hand is covered in a bandage, the same as his whole body. Then, to his side, he saw a black-haired girl setting her head down on his bed, and he knew who she was.
"Mikasa?" Akira calls her, and the girl slowly wakes up.
"Akira... are you okay?" Mikasa asks while half asleep.
"Yeah, kinda. What happens? Are Erin and others okay? Are you okay?" Akira asks in concern when he sees a new scar on Mikasa's face.
Mikasa gave a small smile. "I'm okay. The others were fine, but Erin will have a trial later this day," Mikasa said with a sad tone while looking away from Akira.
"Then, let's go!" Akira said as Mikasa looked at him in surprise.
Akira knows what they will do to Erin, and he can't sit back while letting Erin take the punishment. He won't let them do as they want to, Iris.
"But you were hurt, Akira. If you are worried about Erin, don't worry; Carla and I will be there soon after this," Mikasa said in concern.
"That is not the point. Mikasa, you don't know what they will do to Erin; at least if I'm there, they will understand." Akira replied as that made Mikasa worried about Iris.
"Why do you think everything will be okay if you are there, Akira?"
Akira and Mikasa heard a voice. Both of the teens turned toward the voice and saw Mikasa's mother walking into the medical room.
"They know who I am, Shira, and if I'm there, I will tell them Erin was under my custody. With that, it is possible Erin will be released to under my team without being killed," Akira explained as he tried to get up while Miksa helped him to sit on the bed.
"The trial will start in an hour. If you want to get prepared first, I'm sure you didn't want to walk with that cloth, right?" Shira said with a blush while looking at Akira. Who wears a boxer and bandage all over his body.
"Uhh, where are my clothes at?" Akira asks Mikasa, who supports him, to stand while blushing madly.
"T-The nurse removes it, so make sure they treat you properly," Mikasa replied as she pointed his clothes to a nearby table.
Akira sighed, "Can you give it to me?"
Shira nodded as she picked up the clothes and gave them to the light blue-haired man.
"Can you two look away?" Akira asks.
The female blushed as Shira said, "There is nothing we haven't seen."
"When I'm a Kid, yes, but not when I have grown like this," Akira said back as he continued with he saw the shade of red on their face. "But, if you want to, I don't mind."
The female blushed even more as he sat back on the bed. He started changing back to his usual outfit.
Mikasa looks out from the corner of her eyes, secretly looking at Akira's change.

Soon, before Akira can walk out with Shira and Mikasa by his side to support him walking, they are greeted by most of Akira's students.
Armin, Sasha, Connie, Christa, Ymir, Mina, Jean and Annie.
"Wait, where were you going?" Ymir asks while looking at the injured Akira, who is being supported by Mikasa and a person they don't know.
"The Court," Akira said while looking at them.
"Why? You are still injured; as far as we all can see, you can't even walk on your own..." Armin said. Akira sighed.
"Erin will have her trial soon, and I have to get there," Akira said as he gave a sign to Mikasa and Shira to continue their walking. "We will talk later,"
"Can I?" Annie asks Shira to switch her place with Mikasa's mother.
Mikasa was glaring at the blonde, but before Shira could answer, Akira said, "No thanks, Annie, I think Shira got me. I believe you didn't want to walk to that 'crowd' place, didn't you?"
Annie knows what Akira is trying to say. Walking to the Court is a terrible idea, and her life can be in danger.
"Sure... I guess I will see you later..." Annie said with a blank face and almost a sad tone; as she was about to walk away, Mikasa called her name.
"Annie..." Mikasa saw the sadness on Annie's face. She didn't know why, but she couldn't help it. She thought that her sadness came when Akira rejected her help, as she said again to the blonde girl. "You know, you might send him to the front of the Court, right?"
Mikasa almost regretted what she said to the blond girl when she saw Akira look at her in sight, eyebrows raised in confusion.
Annie turns her head as the others look at Mikasa like she has grown a second head.
Why?
It is because Mikasa was overprotected by Akira, let alone a girl closer to him; Erin was the only girl that they saw Mikasa allowed to get closer to Akira and what Mikasa said just now made them.
The top-class Mikasa Arkman just let another girl get closer to Akira.
Akira sighed while Shira smiled when she saw the blond-haired girl with a slightly happy face walk to her as they switched places.
Akira could sense a glare that came from Sasha, Christa, and Mina, but Ymir and the others seemed fine with it.
"Now, like I said, we will talk later; we should go now..." Akira said to them as they nodded and started walking with Shira behind them.
Leaving behind the friends and comrades who wanted to visit him in the first place.
Connie, Armin, and Jean sigh in defeat, while the girls are jealous of what Annie gets, except Ymir.
"You didn't get jealous, Ymir?" Armin noticed the tall girl was actually okay with it.
"Nah," Ymir replied while shrugging.
"So you not interested in him like the others?" Connie asked as he knew almost everyone in the whole cadet force had a huge crush on Akira.
"Hmmm...." Ymir puts a hand under her chin as she continues with a smirk, "Maybe I am, maybe not..."
Jean's downfall is that he feels that every girl has feelings for his former trainer.

Annie can see so many people right in front of the court building, and that makes her uncomfortable.
"You can leave us here, Annie," Akira said as the blond-haired girl nodded. Shira wanted to switch Annie's position but only stopped when Akira said, "I think I will walk on my own from now on. I didn't want any suspicion from the other."
Akira didn't want Mikasa and Shira to be targeted by the government because they knew him as The Destroyer, a Kid with no Origin. So if they know he sees anyone or is thought of as family, they will be interrogated to get much information about him.
So the best way for both of them they will act as an acquaintance from now on.
Mikasa and Shira want to protest, but they can see Akira doing this for them to keep them as safe as possible.

Mikasa and Shira soon walk inside the courtroom, and they can see Carla, but Akira is not with them.
'Where is he?' Mikasa wondered and worried while waiting for Erin.

Unknown to them, as soon as they walk inside, Akira actually passes out from exhaustion and pain on a nearby bench. He might have superhuman ability, but he didn't have super healing, and losing his dragon power is a pain in the ass because he can't heal faster than he did 13 years ago.
"Hey, wake up! Akira."
Akira passed out from leaning on the bench and slowly opened his eyes when he saw an orange-haired girl calling his name.
"P-Petra..." Akira mumbled her name as he groaned in pain while holding his head.
"Hey, are you okay?!" Petra asks in concern.
"Yeah... kinda... how long I have been here?" Akira asked while looking at the orange-haired girl.
"I don't know... I just saw you here, and the trial started a while ago." Petra said as Akira's eyes wide open.
"I need to go there now!" Akira pushed his strength as he stood up and started dashing toward the courtroom.
Petra was yelling to stop the light blue-haired man, but she was being ignored by him.
'Be careful...' That is the only word that came from Petra's mind.

The trial lasted for more than 30 minutes. Iris was chained to a pole while Mikasa, Carla, and Shira were standing from the witness's side.
Everything goes quite well aside from the judges trying to kill Erin, but yeah, it turned quite well until they made Mikasa and Shira involved in the case, and Iris started to treat all of them.
Levi and the others in the same squad as him are watching until Erwin gives a sign to Levi.
'What a pain...' Levi said in his mind, but before he could even take a step, he heard that make his eyes wide open, same with others that supported Erin.
"Shot HER!"
Soon after that, multiple Gunshots can be heard, and everything goes into slow-mo. Mikasa rushes toward Erin, like Carla; even Levi steps forward.
Erin was shocked and scared as she closed her eyes, waiting for the pain.
Levi saw a light blue light that, faster than anyone could sense, suddenly appeared right in front of Erin before blinding everyone with a bright light.
When the light is gone, they can see all can see there is someone in front of Erin, and it is very angry Akira Nakamura, blocking every bullet with an energy barrier.
