Chapitre 41: You like the boss

"Where are we having the drink? Any bar you have in mind?" I raise a brow at him.

"No, we will celebrate in Meka's penthouse. I spend most of my nights there. Moreover, there is enough alcohol there, to last a lifetime." 

He's inviting me to the place he sleeps in? Is this real, or am I dreaming? 

"Are you sure about that? I mean, we can go to a bar to celebrate if it works for you." 

"Nah, it's okay to celebrate in the house." He smirked, "are you afraid of being alone in the same room with me?" 

"Who said anything about that?" I frown at him, "I'm afraid I might fall down the stairs should I be drunk to leave. That's all."

I didn't say anything about my fear of doing the unthinkable when I'm drunk. Typically, I end up spilling my secrets to the entire world. 

Sporadically, I do embarrassing stuff like, removing my clothes and dancing on a table. You see why I don't want to drink indoors.
