Chapitre 148: Chapter 147 - Ferocity

The Orc frowns, confused by Kaito's reaction. At first, he didn't expect his opponent to be so brave, especially since all living beings who see him usually run. Still, Kaito keeps his smile, watching the Orc's movements carefully. He knows his chances aren't good if he chooses to face the monster head-on, due to its tough skin, but what choice does he have? This is a 1v1, there's nowhere to run. 

Suddenly, the Orc roars with fury and advances towards Kaito, its huge hands ready to crush. Kaito goes to the side to dodge the grab, rolling on the ground and quickly gets up. He holds his sword tightly and looks at the monster with determination. He then takes advantage of being on the monster's flank to deliver a horizontal blow.

Kaito's one-handed sword gleams in the light of the Moon Crystals in the cave as it cuts through the air towards the Orc.
