Chapitre 29: The Storm has Come (2)
Waking up after a weird night, Fabiola lazily washes her face and getting ready to work out.
"Cathleen! Let's go do our early training" Fabiola yelled from her room.
After yelling, Fabiola did not get any response from Cathleen 'Is she still sleeping?' Fabiola thought. She goes out of her room heading towards Cathleen's room.
Arriving at Cathleen's room 'Hmm? Weird, where did she go this early?' Fabiola thought after checking that there is no one in Cathleen's room.
Meanwhile, Cathleen is clutching a stone on her hand heading to the military section of the palace.
"Thermopylae Shield!" The ground rumbles and a projection of three hundred spartan emerge giving off a deadly aura that makes the onlookers shiver in their boots, The three hundred spartan in phalanx formation shouted, "HAU!HAU!HAU!".
Some onlookers got chills hearing the taunt of the skills.
Nicholas is amused looking at the skill, He walks in front of the shield and punches it making a bang sound.
Zed is showing his skills to Nicholas, His Thermopylae skill is praised by Nicholas due to its toughness.
"Wow, that's one hell of a skill. That shield can even withstand twenty percent of my attack" Praised Nicholas.
He then continues, "Ok you have shown me an incredible skill, Now let one of my elites show you their skills. Abraham introduces yourself".
When Nicholas called Abraham, a hulking man almost as big as Zed comes from his back. This man has long brown hair that is tied into a ponytail, His temperament is that of a real soldier, walking straight like an arrow.
"My name is Abraham, twenty-four years old level five Noble Knight rank," Abraham said with a straight expression on his face, Even his voice sounds like a soldier in training.
"Zed Lenvers, fifteen years old level six Knight rank. Please teach me senior!" Replied Zed.
"I am from the attacker department of Infantry section, I've been here for three years. Let me show you my skills" Abraham said while purple vapors slowly coming out of his body, He then continues, "This is one of my favorites skill which used my bare knuckle as my weapon".
The vapors are getting intense by the seconds, Abraham dashes out and punch towards a Noble Knight rank training dummy.
"Behemoth Barrage!!"
Abraham sends punch after punch to the dummy relentlessly.
The dummy under the barrage of punches didn't last long and fall flat to the ground with numerous holes on its body.
Zed nods his head in approval then he glances at the dummy, He was shocked.
The punches targetted every part of a human's vital point, Such as eyes, nose, throat, groin, chest, front and back of elbow, knees, lower back where the kidney resides, and many other places that if a human was hit will bring devastating damage.
Making this skill a deadly skill made to kill a human fighter, If a mage was hit by this directly even though they are in True Mage rank they will certainly die.
Just as they talk a soldier comes and whispers to Nicholas' ear.
"Zed I think one of your girls is here to meet you, Well today is the last day you are in Infantry section so you can go. As for the other two sections, they will give you a notice if the commander is ready to meet" said Nicholas'.
"What do you mean one of my girls," said Zed with a disbelieving face.
"Well, considering your feat and age I just assume that you didn't only have one girl, HAHAHA" Nicholas laughs loudly with his baritone voice.
"Yes that's logical, I'm surprised an old man like you can think that logically" Replied Zed.
Hearing this Abraham on the side sweat a little, 'Did he just called our commander an old man?' he thought. Abraham steps back quietly to avoid Nicholas rampage.
Just before Nicholas wanted to grab Zed, Zed already vanished from his spot running away hurriedly.
"I WILL MAKE SURE YOU JOIN INFANTRY SECTION BOY!!" Nicholas shouted to the running Zed.
After getting away from the commander, Zed sees Cathleen in front of the palace just outside the gate.
"Cathleen, what are you doing here? I just finished" said Zed cheerfully, He is in a good mood.
"I need to show you something.." Said Cathleen.
Zed raised his eyebrows confused, Cathleen proceeds to give Zed the stone and let Zed watch it.
"What is this? are you slacking in training ag.." before Zed can finish he is shocked by the content of the stone.
Looking at the content Zed is devastated.
One has to know that Fabiola is considered as Zed's first love, Seeing her with another man is making Zed infuriated. Zed is in his early teen so a heartbreaking scene like this is hurting him more than ever.
Fabiola is resting after her early training feeling sore all over her body, She is sitting on the sofa leisurely when suddenly the door opened.
BAM!
"Fabiola! How could you do this?! I've given everything to you!" Zed screamed despairingly, He continues "You didn't even tell me about meeting with him yesterday! So all your excuse yesterday is a lie huh?! I thought you are better than this!".
Fabiola panicked, "What do you mean? What did I do?".
Zed took out the stone and throw it to Fabiola, "Look, Inside it, all your true-self is revealed. You played me!".
Fabiola looked inside it and cannot help to be shocked, 'Wait, who record this?' She thought.
"I can explain! Yesterday is true, I do Cathleen a favor I swear!" Fabiola looks at Cathleen asking for help but Cathleen can only put her head down, Looking at this Fabiola is confused.
"I don't want to hear it!" Zed took his magic pouch and wanted to leave the mansion.
"Zed please hear me out, Please!" Fabiola tried to hold Zed back desperately to no avail.
Zed flicked Fabiola's hands and left the mansion heading towards the kingdom gate to the Savanna Forest.
Fabiola turned to look at Cathleen and asked, "Why didn't you help me? I told you we should have told Zed and why didn't you say that I'm doing you a favor"
Cathleen put her head down and replied, "I panicked so I can't think of anything, I'm sorry".
'Why did Cathleen get in with Zed? Did she the one who records it? I'll keep a look at her' Fabiola thought.
The night soon comes, bringing with it a depressed feeling into Zed's mansion.
Somewhere in the Taztarus Kingdom.
"Dad it is done, Zed is seen going out to the Savanna Forest," said snake-looking youth.
"Well done you didn't disappoint" The middle-aged man smiled, The middle-aged man then continues "The target has gone to Savanna Forest, do your thing there without witness".
Six-man clad in all black nodded and disappear into the night.
"Their aura is at least Noble rank, Where did you get this people father? they look professional" asked the snake-looking youth.
The middle-aged man grinned and answered, "Assembly of Shadow of course, although I pay them with a great price it is all worth it"

In the Savanna 'Swallowing' Forest.
A brawny youth has a crazed expression on his face, Every beast he met will be massacred.
'Why did it happened? Why? Where did we do wrong?' This thought spin through Zed's mind.
Abraham and Suriel are watching him from afar feeling pity towards Zed, They can roughly picture the event that's happening by their observation.
Zed kills all the Normal and Wild beast he saw, The anger inside him is swelling. As he kills more monsters the anger inside him is increasing, It seems like the anger inside him is amplified by something, and also His back is burning from the anger.
As he goes deeper into the territory, He heard someone shouted "Zed!! Watch Out!!".
