Grace blinked severally. What does he mean by if one day he leaves? Weren't they stuck together forever?

"You are my family, right?" She asked, and he smiled at her.

"Right?"

"Open your gift," he said, and her eyes lit up. She was suddenly curious about what he got her.

So she opened the box and had a confused look; it wasn't a necklace or some jewelry.

"Mr. Xu, what is this?" She questioned him. He held the small pink ball, took her phone, and carefully hung it there.

"Oh, it's a phone decoration," her eyes lit up. She always had her phone with her, and he wanted to get her something that would always make her remember him.

"Thanks"

"Mr. Xu, I had also gotten a gift for you but never gave it to you," she explained, and he stared at her curiously. What gift?

Grace stood up, walked to her closet, and pulled out the kid-learning stuff she had gotten at the kids shop.
