Adam did not believe what he had heard. He turned his gaze and focused on the zombie Nelson. It was then that he realized that there was fury that was shown on his face at this point.

This was enough to tell him that the person who was talking previously was not a human, but this zombie. He could not help but blink his eyes several times, before using his free hand to rub his eyes, trying to make sure that he was seeing things clearly.

He tried looking around, trying to see if there was a person who was around, who had just spoken. But no matter how much he looked, he could not see any human around, other than the zombies.
