    "Good job." Said Renji as he approached the corpse of the goblin, he was rubbing Noir's head as he praised Noir for a job well done. in response to his affection Noir was also wagging his tail left and right, showing that he was happy.

"Soul puppet," said Renji as he tried using his skill on the burnt corpse of the goblin, he stood there waiting but nothing happened. Renji was surprised as he didn't know why his skill didn't work on the goblin. Confused Renji tried a few more times but it was still the same every time, for some reason goblin didn't become his puppet. Renji started to think why that was the case while wondering if he had to kill the beast himself, and that's when he heard Noir.

"WUUUU" Noir howled as it could feel something was off about Renji. That was when Renji understood what had happened.
