Even though Devin was pissed at her a while ago, this time, he smiled with her request. With him nodding as he didn't say a word, he carefully carried Angeal in his arms, the girl cradling her head on his chest as she wrapped her arms around his neck.

"Am I too heavy?"

"No."

"Are you pissed at me for being drunk?"

"A little."

"Do you hate me now?"

"Nope."

"You still love me?"

"Of course."

"How much?"

With Devin now looking at her as Ivar opened the door for them, he gave Angeal a smile and answered her question before they entered the mansion.
