Chapitre 60: Victors and Losers

The sky was almost dark. A faint silhouette of three moons could be seen within the starless sky. Outside of the Ice Essence Cave, the bodies of several Crimson Oath cultists littered the ground like the leaves that have fallen on to the ground, beside their parent tree.

Their bodies numbered close to 500 and there charred states alone was enough to confirm that they were long dead. As for the general-class cultists that wreaked their terrible power on the battlefield, only one of them, Batrors, was in a complete state. Same could not be said for the other two.

Seyra's corpse was nowhere to be found as it she was completed devoured by an abomination of a plant species known as the Blood-Draining Flower. Thormund's body was there to be found, but it had been slashed apart into millions of shreds by Ophelia's sword, and it made for a nauseating and blood curdling sight. As for the victors, the sorcerers, many of them were not in good shape either.
