Chapitre 4: Interog... Interview with the Big shots

~POV: Akira Uchiha~
Three days after the exam. I am relaxing on the bed in my hotel room. I scroll through the news while my different shadow clones practice chakra manipulation and elemental conversion of the seven attributes and more. I may be powerful now but i still need to practice the basics and keep chakra wastage to the minimum. You never know how things will go after all.
In my circumstances i can't practice my MS or should i say EMS? Even without transplant just like Reina said, i won't go blind. Chakra consumption was also reduced to the minimum and i don't have the other side effects either. I still need to stay in my room just in case and not use something flashy.
'Looks like AFO was already on the move since his defeat to All Might. the number of disappearances and quirk vanishing was increasing in the last 5 years. I realized how much time this guy has been laying low. Preparing his return for all this time.'
AFO may be the classic Main villain, he is also one of the biggest variables in this world. His wide information network, intellect and scheming skills are nothing short of impressive.
'I also noticed how little and scarce were informations about previous OFA users. Its as if they were intentionally hidden from public eyes. Even in all Might's informations, except for the theories on what his quirk is, never was it mentioned that he had a mentor like Nana Shimura.'
While searching for informations, i felt someone approaching my room
'This chakra signature belongs to one of the employees here'
I close my Laptop and dispelled the clones. I walk toward the door. opening it, I discover the employee i had seen a few time during my stay, she seems to be surprised by my sudden appearance.
"Mr. Uchiha we received a letter for addressed to you."
She give me the letter with my name on it but the most surprising thing was UA' emblem on it.
"The results should be sent in a few days so why..."
A thought emerge in my mind
'Did Nezu read my files and thought that my performance was strange knowing my quiks and suspect me for being AFO's spy?'
That's the only explanation i can think of
'This is going to be a pain in the ass... but also an opportunity. Last thing i need right now is for AFO to target my ass, I can turn things in my favor with this.'
I immediately left the hotel in my casual attire and my bag on my back. Since its the beginning of march, i wear just a standard black sweatshirt and jean
Reaching the campus after half an hour, i present myself at the entrance with the invitation in hand and was guided toward the principal's office.
'This place is really something else, you would get lost if not for the plans all over the place.'
After a few minutes walking and looking around we arrive in front of Nezu's office. I felt two presences behind the door.
'As i thought The strong chakra signature must be All Might... even wounded and after he transferred OFA to Midoriya he is still standing strong which is a feat in itself. The second one is unique... probably the results of experiments on Nezu.'
After knocking a few times, i am invited to go in. Entering the unnecessary huge office, i met All Might in casual clothes and his signature Grin on his face. We need not to forget the most intelligent being of this world UA's principal Nezu.
"Greetings Uchiha Akira, i am Nezu, the Principal of this School and next to me you probably Recognized him as the Number 1 hero."
"Greetings young Uchiha we are sorry for the inconvenience."
Sure, they appear friendly, but i can feel that they're trying to assess me.
"Don't mind it. I suppose you have something important to ask me if you mad me come all the way here."
I said with a small grin on my face. Nezu and All Might are visibly not comfortable with my confident attitude. Of course, most people would be nervous in presence of the current number 1 and one of the most influential figure in Japan. Yet i am perfectly calm in front of them, it is unnatural to them.
"Indeed this conversation is purely private you can take a seat we have much to discuss."
Showing me the chair in front of him Nezu appears calm, but i can feel it, through my sensory ability, he is nervous at the idea of meeting someone he knows nothing about. All Might behind him has his guard high and ready to intervene in case anything happen. Nezu's greatest weakness is, after all, lack of information.
"The goal of this meeting is to file our lack of knowledge about you. According to your files your quirks are 'Sharingan' in your eyes and a mysterious energy that you named Chakra. During the exam, your performances so far has no indication that any of your quirks were used. We would therefore like to clarify the situation with you concerning your Super strength, speed and the healing ability you demonstrated on an another candidate after the end. According to Recovery Girl it was extremely effective. he recovered in a day where she alone could only return him at his peak after a week."
Nezu subtly inquire about the situation. I can't blame him. After all if someone powerful appears as a student out of nowhere it is normal to be wary. With a small smile on my face i answered
"Well, I'm glad that he recovered. He was badly injured. i can't stand idly after witnessing his state. This is what happen when you use a power that's not yours to begin with after all."
Nezu and All Might's faces hardened to my words. They put their mind into maximum alert and ready to act. Even All Might's grin vanished from his face. He question with a low tone
"What do you mean young Uchiha?"
"No need to be so wary of me. I shared this because i want to gain your trust. For you to have a better understanding of me i will share some of my abilities with you but I won't say everything..."
The two relaxed a little but were still shaken and tense.
"My two quirks works in perfect synergy one cannot draw its full power without the other but most of my prowess comes from Chakra alone. Every 'superhuman' thing that I can do is derived from this quirk. Strength, speed and healing include. You can understand that right."
"It is understandable. However, its the first time however, that we've encountered two quirks that can't draw their full potential potential without the other. What i would like to know is how can you affirm such thing about young Midoriya."
All Might asked me. Of course I'm not supposed to know his secret.
"i was about to explain. Simply chakra also allows me to feel different energies like a sixth sense such a quirks and vitality, that's exactly why. Inside people's body, there are two things, vitality and quirks with signatures unique to each individual. I can detect that within Midoriya, in addition to his own signature he's got 8 other signatures in his quirk including yours All Might. All Might nodded and told me what is the One for all. Even if i already knew about it, better be in the know OFFICIALLY. After several minutes of explanations.
"I see so the other signatures are the ones from the previous users then. Well its not a bad thing i can also feel that OFA is slowly including Midoryia's signature in its core."
"Its reassuring to hear this Young Uchiha. OFA rejection was something I was worried about. Hearing that it won't happen remove a little weight on my shoulders"
I then followed with my plan
"By the way is there any other quirks like OFA around?"
At my question the duo's became somber.
"Why are you asking?" (Nezu)
"Because there was this French guy with his laser during the exam. Don't know what his name is but i detected that his quirk and body had two different signature meaning it is not HIS quirk to begin with."
Hearing my response All Might and Nezu turned silent. Their expression indicates that they were thinking. Probably about AFO. After 30 seconds of silence Nezu replied.
"I see... thank you for this information and for clearing this matter we already prepared a place for you to live inside the campus since you are an orphan."
I am taken aback a little. I did not expect for him to prepare a place for me this early.
'I suppose i passed if he says it.'
the Principal pulls me out of my thoughts
"Our interview is now finished you can go back to your hotel to bring your belongings..."
"No need i already have them with me so i would like to be guided straight to where i will live."
Nezu looked puzzled but nodded. I already have everything in the storage scrolls in my bag.
"By the way there is something else i would like to say to you All Might or rather propose to you."
All Might intrigued by my words let me continue
"I can feel that your powers are declining and your vitality being reduced considerably because of your injuries. After all your powers use vitality as fuel. You can probably exert only about 3 hours of power per day correct."
All Might did not hide anything since he knows i can feel it and simply replied "indeed that's correct."
"In that case i can help you a little"
All Might raise an eyebrow wondering how i could help him in his already weakened state. i presented him with a seal i prepared in advance for him.
"This seal contains part of my vitality, put it somewhere on your body. I created these to help me in tough time but anyone can use it. using my vitality stocked in the seal you can reinforce your current strength and extend the duration of your transformation for about 24 hours straight using it once. your powers will eventually disappear nonetheless but we can prolong its lifespan considerably."
"Are you sure? since its your vitality does it not harm you?"
"I was born with extremely high levels of vitality. This caused my body to develop a healing factor restoring my vitality and healing my wounds in matter of seconds to minutes for severe injuries. Still that means i can't die from injuries alone. This is not a quirk simply an after effect. i can use and transfer my vitality but too much vitality will kill others if not careful."
All Might expression is one of surprise but also of genuine gratitude finding a least a temporary solution to his problem. He took the seal and said.
"I am grateful to you Young Uchiha. I never thought that healing factors that are not quirks existed."
Biding my farewell to the Duo i walk out of the office toward my new accommodation for the time being
