Elsa and Chris decided to hold their wedding in Santa Fe, Elsa's hometown since Ambros' property is huge and was perfect for such an occasion. 

Ambros rented caravans for their guests to stay at since they wouldn't fit in his average-sized country home.

He also insisted on sponsoring all expenses for the wedding as a gift to Elsa and Chris, telling them that it would be his ultimate happiness if they allowed him to. It was the only way for him to forgive himself for not being by Elsa's side while growing up and not being at their first wedding.

As a result, the couple allowed him to do whatever he wanted so they could also focus on their children and their work.

He hired a wedding planner and other professionals to handle the said occasion and granted everything that Elsa and Chris wanted for their day.
