Chapitre 40: Chapter 40: Unlimited Void

After Hope Duncan had finished her training in the training room, she showered, changed her clothes and went to the library to read.

In the large library, where there were a few students besides herself, she took the book she wanted to read off the shelf and headed to the back of the library to read in a secluded place.

As she passed between the bookshelves, she paused at the person she saw. She saw Cale standing in front of the shelves looking up. 

He was wearing black jeans and a black sweatshirt. His neck-length red hair was pulled up in a high bun and his gray eyes were scanning the shelves intently.

Hope smiled slightly at his serious expression as he focused on something other than the times she had always seen him so carefree and uninterested.

Cale reached for the shelves as if he had finally found what he wanted. As Hope watched carefully what he was doing, several books on the shelves came off their shelves and hovered in front of Cale.
