Because he was stuck in Mickey's headquarters again, Noel has no way of knowing if his careful hypnosis and invasion of Wolfe's mind were successful. 

But he believed in his skills. It has to work.

If not, he could easily go for Plan B. And Plan B was the easiest to implement, but this one was the most fun. 

This one will completely destroy Wolfe Fang's mind, which in turn would ruin Leon Mo, and eventually Mickey Xing. 

Of course, he was more flexible than Mickey and had already thought of a variety of other options for whatever may happen. He was best at performing improvised musical pieces after all.
