"That's absurd," Ava said.

"I have heard the news," her father suddenly barge in.

"That was quick," Drigo chimed in. Not everyone in this room liked Ava's father and Drigo wasn't really that shy in showing his dislike.

"She wanted you," Ava's father ignored Drigo. He stared at Ava, his eyes unblinking. "Your body."

"Does she really have this— the ability to destroy a world?" Jude asked.

"Yes, she does. Whoever is inside her has the capability to do that." Ava's father answered with confidence. "You are powerless if you fought against her outside of this plane," he continued. "As a plane owner, your capabilities are limited once you enter another realm. That is the law of nature."

Ava pursed her lips. She didn't expect the woman to act this fast. What could have pushed her to do this?

"Do you think Ava has a chance of winning?" Jude asked.
